A Beginner’s Guide To Outsourcing

If you are considering outsourcing a project for the first time, you might be feeling somewhat hesitant or unsure of what to do. You may experience some reluctance at the concept of hiring someone outside your company to complete work related tasks. This discomfort could be related to your ignorance about the process of outsourcing itself. The truth is many people feel uncomfortable about things which they have no knowledge.
This article will serve to guide you, the first time outsourcing business owner, in the process of selecting qualified candidates, establishing the project’s requirements, and enforcing deadlines on those projects.
Use Great Care In the Selection Process
One of the best ways to make the process of outsourcing easier is to make a special effort to find the right person for the job. This is very important as it can take a great deal of stress out of thw whole outsourcing prospect by finding somone who is motivated and has the work ethics to see to it that the job is done right the first time.
One place I recommend advertising is on freelancer sites. These sites can go a long way in helping you find the best candidates for the job. They can aid you by showing feedback on each of your prospective candidates and any comments made by former employers on the work that was done for them.
In one’s effort to find the right candidate, one must first place ads for the job. The ads must outline the project requirements and preferences in detail. Once done and the applications start to come in, they each must be reviewed, immediately eliminating any who are not qualified.
Then each of the remaining candidates must be reviewed in more detail, eliminating those whose qualifications are weaker or those with lesser experience. Next interview the remaining candidates and check their references and past work history. You will want to learn about their abilities and work ethics from former employers.
After the interview process, it is time to make a decision. If none of the candidates meet your rewuirements you need not make a decision as you are under no obligation to do so. You may begin your search again by placing new ads for the job in question.
Establishing Project Requirements
One important aspect of outsourcing is the establishment of the job’s requirements. It is important that they are specific. This will remove any questions of what is required and the qualifications needed and ensure the contractor understands the task at hand.
This is also a guarantee that the requirements are being fullfilled and the task is being completed in a satisfactory manner.
Putting it simply, failing to establish the requirements can lead to delays until these issues are dealt with. It could lead to more problems such as contract disputes etc and may require the outside assistance of a mediator to evaluate the case.
These are hassles noone wants to get involved in. To avoid these problems always make sure you make your requirements clear and to the point.
Make A Clear Deadline
This is another very important requirement and one you must be very specific about. It ensures that your candidate is available for the task during those times and can avoid misunderstandings. It also prevents late submissions of work.
If the task is more involved, or has many steps the deadlines can be set for each step. This way, progress is measured by standards that the contractor can understand. It can be looked at as mini jobs building up to completing one large job.
In an ideal case, the project’s deadline should be clearly laid out. This is important as it helps to avoid candidates who may not be able to complete the tasks in a timely manner or whose work quality may not be up to the business owner’s standards.

How To Find A Writer For Your E-book
Posted on April 10, 2008
Filed Under Internet Marketing | Leave a Comment
With niche marketing, one must learn to handle many,if not all, of the details regarding a campaign. Probably the one exception is the creation of an ebook. E-books have been considered by many as an invaluable means of promoting one’s site. Giving them away is also considered an excellent means of advertising. This technique is a form of viral advertising.
The problem comes in the form of writing the e-book itself. Unless, the niche marketer is a gifted writer, he or she will have to hire someone to do it for him. The e-book will have to have clear and concise materials that are related to the niche site in question. Usually, this will have to be handled by a professional writer.
Ebooks are the electronic version of books, hence the term e-books. They are in an easily read elecronic format, usually PDF, and are distributed throughout the Net.
Outsourcing
The niche marketer may be passionate about his or her market. This person may be hands on in promotion and development of the website and any products related to the niche in question. As for their e-book that they wish to have written, thay may have an outline in mind and may develop it with the writer. They may want to have final say on the final draft.
But it is the writer who does the writing itself. He or she will put the ideas together in such a awy as to reach the potential audience with the message that the niche marketer wishes to convey. This is their talent. They may also be responsible for the final revisions in the work. These revisions would, of course, be based on the wishes of the niche marketer.
It is for these reasons that many niche marketers are turning to outsourcing as a cost effective means of creating their work without actually having to do it themselves. This can be a wise and affordable decision, but there are steps that need to be taken to ensure the right person is selected for the job. These jobs can be negotiated on a per job basis or for an entire series of e-books. It all depends on the marketer’s budget and goals.
Locating and Hiring
When choosing the right person for the job, you can look locally or online. One of the best ways to find a qualified writer is through a free lance site. Through these sites, you can determine the qualifications, the quality of writing, their experience, and their past work based on feedback responses from others.
In my experience, the latter reason is one of the most attractive reasons for using these sites and this article will focus mainly on the use of them in looking for a prospective applicant. Other members can supply you with info if one of the bidders on your project is not telling the truth about their qualifications or their reliability.
The other factors regarding whom you hire is pricing and the time required to complete the work. Keep in mind that if price is the only object, the quality of work may suffer. If the object is time, then this may also be a factor in reduced quality. In short, do not sacrifice quality for an exceptionally low budgeted or rushed project.
Prioritizing these factors will have to be the first step in the decision making process as it will help in determining who will be hired. If price is the top priority, you may find a lesser experienced writer to do the job at a lower cost. In any case, one thing that must be done is to require samples from any prospective writers. This alone can help in determining who is the best candidate for the job.
Whether you decide to conduct your search locally or globally you will likely receive multiple responses to your advertisement. You should always begin by eliminating those who are of the poorest quality. Next, begin elimination of the remaining applicants based on your priorities.
If you are using a free lance site to market your project, then it is always good to pay attention to feedback remarks in their profiles. This alone can aid you in further determining the best candidate for the job.
Finally, ensure that the prospective writer understands exactly what is required in the project. This can be an enormous time and money saver by giving all the details possible regarding the project. This will eliminate any possible misunderstandings.

4 Ways To Get Creative When Writing Articles
Posted on April 9, 2008
Filed Under Article Marketing | Leave a Comment
Being creative is sometimes referred to as the heart of article writing. Trying to force yourself to be creative is actually a contradiction in terms. It can’t be done. Creativity is something that cannot be coerced, it has to be encouraged, to flow.
Ironically ,there are those who seem to be able to turn creativity on and off at their whim. We stand amazed at what they can accomplish and the details they go to to achieve their works. Many of the most popular books in the world are evidence of this.
It should be noted that creativity is an art. It is more than just putting down ideas. It is capturing the reader’s interest and keeping it. It is keeping their attention and curiosity piqued. It can also be described as putting words into the images that the reader can visualize in his own imagination.
But how does one get their creativity flowing? How does the successful writers get it started and keep it going?
There are no sure ways to get perfect ideas, but there are ways to boost your creativity.
Here are a few ideas that might help.
1) Relax. Take time to sort out your thoughts. A jumbled and tense mind tends to be less creative than a relaxed mind. It tends to have less space to be creative, where as a relaxed mind tends o have more space and more energy to be creative.
Here you can review your contacts with other people and any interactions that took place. Sometimes, ideas can occur from something someone said or from something they were wearing. The main point here is that a good idea can often come from the most common of situations.
2) Find your happy place - This may seem silly, but there are those who swear by this technique. If you are in an office, surround yourself with pictures of things that make you smile like kittens, your pets, beautiful scenery, your family, etc. Pleasant scents are also known to help. Like the relaxation technique mentioned above, it can help clear your mind and give you fresh ideas to work with.
3) Keep a diary - Ideas don’t always come when you want them to. Sometimes they come as a flash of insight, other times they may come in dreams. Still other times they may take time to seed and grow. The main point here is to keep a written record of your ideas.
Sometimes these ideas can be triggered by scents, colors, a seemingly meaningless event, or something that you hear or read. It is a good idea to keep your diary, or journal with you at all times and jot them down. You can then go back later and develop these ideas.
4) Set the mood - this can be done in a number of ways. Listening to music, sipping a glass of wine, or just throwing yourself into the feeling that helps you work the best. Moods can effect your creativity. Being down, depressed, or angry can often set a mood that is less creative than a more positive or upbeat mood. These things often are born out in the work completed.
Remember, creativity cannot be forced. It is an art by which ideas are transformed into visual images that can be understood by the reader. In the case of writing articles, it is the vehicle that conveys the message to the reader that is clear and to the point.

Is Quality Sacrificed Through Outsourcing?
Posted on April 8, 2008
Filed Under Internet Marketing | Leave a Comment
The answer to this question is not an easy one. It is also a sensitive area to explore with many jobs now leaving the U.S. for foreign shores. The answer is a provisional maybe. The provision deals with two separate issues: money and the contractor’s work ethics. Both will be explained further.
This issue has become a very touchy subject of late as there are those who advocate the practice of outsourcing to cut costs. They tend to overlook qualified personnel within their own employee ranks and seek the outside contractor. They firmly believe in the practice. There are even those who profit from using outsourced labor to make money by offering services to business owners at cheaper rates.
We will examine some situations where quality can be compromised through outsourcing.
What Is Outsourcing?
Simply put, outsourcing is the hiring of an individual outside the organization to perform specific jobs for pay. Such jobs can be on a per job basis, for a set period of time, or on an ongoing basis with no time limit set.
The very idea of outsourcing has a negative appeal to most. It envisions people in third world countries who are underage or in their early twenties. These people are able to underbid contractors in this country and enjoy a measure of prosperity in the process.
Whether or not they are qualified does not undercut the notion that they are considered for, and usually are accepted, before contractors in this country are. The reason are both money and qualifications.
When Does Outsourcing Reduce Quality?
The answer to this question is simple: when price becomes the sole factor in selecting a candidate for the job in question.
Obviously, higher qualified people are going to cost more. The price goes up even more when the qualified individuals are living inside the US. When selecting candidates for the job, many opt in to the idea of just cost to get the job done. They may select someone who is less qualified or less experienced. This, in turn, relates directly into quality issues.
They may see the overall profit as being more important than the quality of the job itself. Depending on the job, this lack of quality can come back to haunt the business owner at a later time.
When Does Outsourcing Not Reduce Quality?
When the issue of quality is the prime issue and not money. In cases like this, the business owner wants the job done right the first time. He or she is determined to see the job done correctly and to their tastes regardless of price.
There in lies a problem though. Unless the price is negotiated before hand, the contractor can deliberately (or not) delay completion of the job in hopes of making more money. In my own experience, I dealt with someone like this. I eventually had to get another contractor to finish the job. It was a bitter lesson wwell learned.
In situations like this, it is important for the owner to explain clearly what is expected and how long the contractor has to complete the job. The details must be dealt with in full. Failing to do that could be costly.
Work Ethics
The contractor’s work ethics must be considered before hiring him or her to do the job. They need to be checked out by the business owner as thoroughly as possible. To do this, he will need verifiable references from former employers. He or she will need to ask probing questions regarding the type of work done, how well it was done, any problems or delays, etc. This is the business owner’s means of protecting himself from someone who may be a paper tiger.
It is also wise to ask for both business and personal references. Each of them should be contacted and questioned about the work ethic and personal integrity of the individual. It also makes it even more difficult to compare in-house work to outsourced work.

In-House Work vs. Outsourced Work: A Comparison
Posted on April 7, 2008
Filed Under OutSourcing | Leave a Comment
When the issue of outsourcing comes up, there are a number of things a business owner must look at before making a decision. First and foremost is money. The second is the qualifications of in-house staffing vs. outsourced help. The third is efficiency, meaning which can get the job done to the desired results the fastest. Finally, there is work ethics. This last issue deals with who can get it done right without taking potentially costly short cuts.
The issue may seem confusing to most. It has to be broken down in three categories and analyzed carefully.
Article marketers face the same problems. Here, having some one outsourced to do the work right becomes a matter of life and death. Why? Simply because their reputations are at stake with each article produced.
The Cost Comparison:
With any business, the bottom line is money. This is also very true for any niche marketing venture. When comparing in house cost with outsourcing, the first thing to look at is the skills of the in-house staff and the skills found outside. This is probably one of the most important factors in determining whether or not to outsource the work. Another factor is the availability of in-house staff to perform the work in question.
If the business owner is has no staff to work with, then the question is moot. If he or she does not have the skills required, then he will have to outsource the work or do without it. In cases like this then the question comes up of how much money he or she is willing to spend.
For those business owners with staff, if these staff members are qualified and available, it would be more cost effective to keep the work in-house. Outsourcing can cut the labor costs overall, but it can also mean a rise in the hourly rates for the outsourced work to be done. There is also the time and effort it takes to post the job and interview the potential candidates. In many cases, the business owner will want to avoid as much hassle as he can to get the job done.
There are no really clear cut answers. the decision will lie entirely on the business owner and the needs of his business.
The Quality comparison:
Probably more difficult to address is the issue of quality when dealing with the question of whether or not to outsource a task. When experts are needed, it would probably be better to hire outsourced help to do a job as they might be more efficient in completing the job. But, if the qualififcations of both outsourced help and in-house staff is equal, then it may be better to stay with the in-house staff.
The reason here is that the in-house staff is more aware of policies and procedures as opposed to the outsourced experts who may or may not know them.
The real issue at stake is this: Which will be the more efficient in getting the work done. In cases like this, efficiency equals time equals money. As before, there are no clear cut answers to either side.
Work Ethics
Whether or not the work is done in-house or through outsourcing, there is the question of work ethics. When considering outsourcing, it is always a good idea to get verifiable referrals. You can learn a great deal by asking past employers about the work done, the quality of it, and the contractor’s ethics.
When it comes to doing it in house, the question becomes which employee has the better work ethic. Two or more employees given the same assignment may not always reach the same end. In cases like this, some may not pay attention to details or may want to take short cuts to complete a job.
In situations this, the more diligent employee will likely produce work of a higher quality. As this relates to their individual personality rather than whether or not the work is completed in-house or outsourced it makes it even more difficult to compare in-house work to outsourced work.

Thinking Of Outsourcing Your Articles?
Posted on April 5, 2008
Filed Under Article Marketing | Leave a Comment
Outsourcing your article writing can be a great way to get a number of great articles written cheaply and quickly. It is a technique used by many of the top Internet marketers to get their websites seen and quality traffic flowing. It works!
For all the benefits this technique offers, there are still a few pitfalls one must be aware of. Avoiding them can mean all the difference between a good batch of articles and mediocre rehashed work.
When looking for a freelance (or ghost) writer, I always use a freelance site like Scriptlance.com and GetAFreeLancer.com.. You can find lots of qualified people who do quality work at reasonable rates.
The main advantage here is that I can check out any bidders of my projects by checking out their feedback scores and comments. Occasionally, other users will warn me if a particular bidder is not telling the truth or being misleading. This alone has saved me time and money. For those who do not have high marks or develop a reputation that is less than desirable, I can bar them from any bidding on my projects.
Here are a few tips that may also help:
When listing your project, always be very specific about what you want. It is always a good idea to state the purpose of the project. For example: “I want 25 articles on article marketing” is way too general a description whereas “I want 25 articles on article marketing designed to encourage visits and sign ups to my new article marketing and submissions service” is much better and lets your potential writers know exactly what the articles are intended for.
When listing your project, always ask for samples of each bidder’s work. This alone can tell you if the writer is up to the task. State clearly in your project description that no bidder will be considered without a sample.
Another tip is to try to stay within a fixed budget. Sometimes you can make your budget clear and negotiate from that point. Sometimes you can negotiate with a particular writer and still stay within your budget. Other times you will need to bid under your actual budget to allow some flexibility in your negotiations. The latter is the best position to take. It allows you some room for negotiations with revealing your budget limits.
A good point to remember is that experienced writers are, of course, going to be more expensive, while the newbies are going to be less expensive andless experienced. The trade off can itself be offset by deciding for yourself how much you are willing to spend and the quality you arewillingto sacrifice to get the job done. I have used lesser experienced writers in past projects and have been happy with their work. It is all up to the individual article marketer.
BEFORE selecting the winning bid, make sure that he or she (I.E. your prospective writer) understands the project. This will save alot of time and effort as well as money. A recent experience of mine really bore that out as I had to get over half of the articles rewritten. The damage wasn’t bad, but it did take time to reexplain what I wanted.
Above all, read their work before accepting it. This is absolutely crucial! Once the articles are published, it’s too late to do anything about it. Read them and make sure they (the articles) convey the message you want them to say and how you want it said. Also In this way, you can insure that your articles are the original content you need to make your article marketing campaigns a success.

Redneck Etiquette lesson

GENERAL
1. Never take a beer to a job interview.
2. Always identify people in your yard before shooting at them.
3. It’s considered poor taste to take a cooler to church.
4. If you have to vacuum the bed, it is time to change the sheets.
5. Even if you’re certain that you are included in the will, it is still considered tacky… to drive a U-Haul to the funeral home.
DINING OUT
1. If drinking directly from the bottle, always hold it with your fingers covering the label.
2. Avoid throwing bones and food scraps on the floor as the restaurant may not have dogs.
ENTERTAINING IN YOUR HOME
1. A centerpiece for the table should never be anything prepared by a taxidermist.
2. Do not allow the dog to eat at the table no matter how good his manners are.
PERSONAL HYGIENE
1. While ears need to be cleaned regularly, this is a job that should be done in private … using one’s OWN truck keys.
2. Proper use of toiletries can forestall bathing for several days, however, if you live alone . .. deodorant is just a waste of money.
3. Dirt and grease under the fingernails is a social no-no, as they tend to detract from a woman’s jewelry … and alter the taste of finger foods.
DATING (Outside the Family)
1. Always offer to bait your date’s hook, especially on the first date.
2. Be aggressive. Let her know you’re interested: “I’ve been wanting to go out with you since I read that stuff on the bathroom wall two years ago.”
3. Establish with her parents what time she is expected back. Some will say 10:00 PM; others might say “Monday”. If the latter is the answer, it is the man’s responsibility to get her to school on time.
4. Always have a positive comment about your date’s appearance, such as, “ya sure don’t sweat much for a fat broad. “
WEDDINGS
1. Livestock, usually, is a poor choice for a wedding gift.
2. Kissing the bride for more than 5 seconds may get you shot.
3. For the groom, at least, rent a tux. A leisure suit with a cummerbund and a clean bowling shirt … can create too sporty an appearance.
4. Though uncomfortable, say “yes” to socks and shoes for this special occasion.
5. It is not appropriate to tell the groom how good his wife is in the sack.
DRIVING ETIQUETTE
1. Dim your headlights for approaching vehicles; even if the gun is loaded, and the deer is in sight.
2. When approaching a four-way stop, the vehicle with the largest tires always has the right of way.
3. &nb sp; Never tow another car using panty hose and duct tape.
4. When sending your wife down the road with a gas can, it is impolite to ask her to bring back beer.
5. Never relieve yourself from a moving vehicle, especially when driving.
6. Do not lay rubber while traveling in a funeral procession.
TWO REASONS WHY IT IS HARD TO SOLVE A REDNECK MURDER
1. All the DNA is the same.
2. There are no dental records.

Where your Cognigen Business Opportunity can Fail
Posted on April 4, 2008
Filed Under Cognigen | Leave a Comment
People who spend a lot of time each day searching for new business opportunities each time cannot afford to miss out on Cognigen for three reasons. First, Cognigen is a very heavily publicized MLM and you will find it at the top of the heap on most search engines with most related keywords in the home business opportunity genre. Second, there are many more agents for Cognigen than for most other business opportunities, and since these guys get free websites for themselves, sponsored by Cognigen, you can be sure to find a couple of them each time you make a search. Third, the Cognigen opportunity is so lucrative – theoretically, at least – that you cannot miss it out even if it just flashes across your eyes.
That does make one think that the Cognigen business opportunity is quite an easy one to make money from. Everything is definitely going good here – the products are telecom products from leading brands like Cingular, T-Mobile, Verizon, Nextel and AT&T, just to name a few. It will hardly take any effort to sell these products, considering that people are buying them anyhow. That will also make it very easy to induce more people into joining your network and shake some more money off the Cognigen tree. And since people keep using telecom services month after month, each month you will get a share of the money they pay to these companies, which translates into a good amount of residual income each month, excluding the bonuses. It is true that the residual income itself – shorn off all the bonuses – is more than you can get with most 40-hour a week office desk jobs.
While nothing seems better than getting paid for the use of the telephone and other communication services of other people, it must be said that Cognigen is not an opportunity for everyone. Agreed that the MLM business has been in existence for more than one decade now, but then there have been many who have entered into the market quite hopefully and then floundered miserably. There have been people who have fizzled out just after getting a couple of connections into some of their friends and relatives’ houses, and made a fewer number of people in their network. Eventually even these paltry earnings have died out, and the agents have become Cognigen failures.
But is Cognigen itself responsible for the failure of these agents? Not in any way. If you are an agent who join Cognigen just because it is free and because it looks good on paper, and then do nothing to set the ball in motion, then of course you will not be doing anything substantial with Cognigen. In fact, let us make it simpler for you. This is what you must do once you are an agent on Cognigen:-
First you must take care to improve your website in any way possible.
Then start marketing your website. You might use anything from sending emails to article marketing to blogging to make your Cognigen agency popular.
Tell all people you know about your Cognigen stint. Tell them to remember you the next time they want to buy a telecom product.
Meet people personally and tell them of the business plan of Cognigen and how it works. Induce them into joining your network and tell them of the things they will stand to gain.
Most of all, be convinced yourself. If you doubt that you will make money from Cognigen, this will also carry on to people you speak with about it. And when you are not convinced yourself, you will not be able to convince others about joining the opportunity.

Article Marketing - The Benefits
Posted on April 3, 2008
Filed Under Article Marketing | Leave a Comment
When it comes to article marketing, many who would otherwise use this awesome means of promotion simply fail to understand the benefits. These benefits far outweigh the perceived stumbling blocks that are normally associated with writing articles.
For example, a well crafted article can be the representative for the site they represent. It can be said that the article is the “spokes person” or “sales person” that generates interest in the product or service and gets the high quality traffic that leads to purchases. The more high quality articles out there working for you, the greater the “sales force” you have online.
And keep in mind that this “sales force” is working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Another benefit is related to how the search engines view articles. If the article is written with the prescribed amount of keywords and phrases, its chances of being noticed by the search engines is much higher than if they were not there at all. What this means to the article marketer is that the articles will often times be displayed in a search before the website they represent will. In effect they become front pages for the website.
One benefit not commonly known is simply that the writer can repackage the articles into an e-book or free reports to give away. This can also include selling plr rights. This alone can be a hot money maker. PLRs can be crafted in many ways for the benefit of the writer. They can be packaged to have links in the material for a given website or product. They can be packaged in such ways as to allow the reseller to modify the content, the cover, or the author info. The idea is to encourage sales and promotions.
Probably the biggest advantage to article writing in any given niche is that the writer can establish himself as an expert. This can translate into many off line ideas as well. You may be able to sell licenses for your work, create cd’s to sell, the list is endless.
There is a certain prestige in being an expert in any given niche. Once established, it can only enhance sales by being your own endorsement. Also it can lead to paid endorsements of other products. The one caution to add to this is not too spread yourself too thin by endorsing too many products.
The danger in doing this is this: If a product or service you endorse fails to live up to expectations, your reputation will suffer. After all, you endorsed it. So it is wise to keep them to a minimum.

What’s on Offer for being a Cognigen Agent?
Posted on March 31, 2008
Filed Under Cognigen | Leave a Comment
Since 1992, Cognigen has been perhaps the strongest MLM opportunity over the Internet because of the strong business plan it proposed at the very outset. For those who came in late, Cognigen is an online telecommunications business opportunity, where you can become an agent and sell telecommunication products from major American brands for home and business purposes, and gain commissions on the same. Besides that, there is also a good deal of referral income, which runs to as much as six levels down. Due to these incentives that Cognigen made clear right from the very outset, it gained much recognition in the online business genre.
If these things have already piqued your interests, you would do better to know some facts and figures. Here we speak about the things you stand to get being a Cognigen agent.
The first thing you will get as soon as you sign up will be a website to call your own. This website is extremely professionally designed as a marketing and recruiting website. Here you can build your network of agents, advertise the wares Cognigen has to offer and keep records of your own sales and commissions. The website is up and running as soon as you become a Cognigen member.
The whole range of Cognigen products will be available for sale as soon as one becomes a member. These products are all devices and services related to the telecommunications industry from big name brands such as Verizon and AT&T. Products are categorized into two classes – home use products and office use products. All members are permitted to sell any product from Cognigen’s entire range.
Cognigen’s simple business plan offers you commission on the sales you bring in. Even starting out people stand to get about 6 to 12% of the sales commissions, depending on the total volume of the sales done. As the person builds up the network and gets more sales done within the network, the commissions can even go up to 17%.
Apart from the commissions, there is referral income also. Cognigen agents will get 1% of the referral income for each of the members they refer. As the direct referrals bring more people into the network, the leading member will continue to get 1% of the sales done by all these extended referrals too. These referral incentives run up to six levels deep. Also, as the member becomes qualified, the referral income stands to increase up to 4% per referred member.
Cognigen has a very strong support and training system for its members. As soon as a member signs up, he or she can get access to these training methods. The training can be done over the telephone or it can be conducted through a 24/7 online support system. To get the training and support, all one has to do is to log on to the Cognigen agent website from anywhere in the world at any time, and there will be training available.
Cognigen also allows any other kind of marketing tools on the agent website in order to earn residual incomes. You can take other websites’ banners, flyers and affiliate advertisements to make some additional money. At the same time, you can also market your own Cognigen website on other websites in whatever way you deem fit.
