Promotion Incentives with the Cognigen Business Plan
One of the most interesting aspects of the Cognigen business plan is that you can grow with the business. Like all other MLM opportunities, the Cognigen business plan also allows its agents to grow as their network grows, which enables them to earn better commissions and command their networks in a much better way. When they are at the entry level, they get an override commission of just about 1% of the sales done by the members in their downline, but as they grow to higher levels, this override commission can even grow to up to 4%.
According to the Cognigen business plan, the various growth levels are Individual Rep or Qualified Rep, Area Rep, Regional Rep, National Rep and Global Rep. The following are the ways in which the promotion takes place:-
Starting at the entry level as an Individual Rep (IR) or Qualified Red (QR)
When you first signup on Cognigen, you begin as an agent. To become a QR, you will have to purchase the Cognigen business package, or achieve a monthly sales limit of $5000. As a QR, you can get your own Cognigen website, and there you can start building your network. You will get the whole catalog of Cognigen products to be sold and you can already start your business, and begin earning residual incomes.
The payout is thus – You get $50 for every member that you bring into your network, and you get $10 for any member these members bring in, and that is applicable up to level six below you. At the same time, you will continue getting residual incomes on the sales you do, which could be 6-11%, subject to increase up to 12-17% as your total sales volume grows. The conditions are that you should meet the minimum monthly sales quotient and you must bring at least one member into your network every 12 months.
Promoting to Area Rep (AR)
You become an AR when you personally sponsor five QRs into your network. You will get paid $50 per QR, which means a total bonus of $250, and also get the due residuals and override commissions of 1% per downline member, provided you meet the $100 minimum monthly sales mark. In addition, as your QRs become ARs, you will get $200 bonus for each of them.
Promoting to Regional Rep (RP)
You become an RR when you get two ARs anywhere within your Cognigen network. When you become an RR, you can induct a new person into the network as a QR and train them how to get five more QRs just as you did when starting out. Once they become ARs, you will get $300 bonuses per member. The existing overrides remain up to six levels in your downline, but you will also get a 2% generational bonus for each member’s sales in your network below level seven.
Promoting to National Rep (NR)
This follows similar lines as the RR does. You have to have two RRs anywhere within your network to become an NR. Here, the bonus earned when any member becomes an AR is $400, and the generational override bonus below the seventh level is 3%. However, the monthly minimum payment is also higher – it is $300.
Promotion to Global Rep (GR)
This is the final stage in the hierarchy of the Cognigen network. You become a GR when you have two NRs in your network. When you induct any new members and they become ARs, you get a $500 bonus on each of them, and the generational override is 4%. The minimum monthly payment is about $500.
