You have to become a member of the network first, and then you become a Cognigen agent, known as an Independent Rep. Then your endeavor will be to get more people to sign up under you. The following are the main modes of incomes that an agent stands to earn from Cognigen.

Residual Income

The residual income is the major portion of the money that you can earn by becoming a Cognigen agent. It consists of two parts. The first part is the commissions that are made on the sales, and the second part is the 1% override residuals, which is the commission for each sale made by the members in the downline till six total levels below. The commission depends on the total volume of sales done in the month. The following is the percentage of commission offered slab-wise, for the given total monthly billing:-

The condition to get the override commission from the downline members is that they must make at least $100 in their total monthly sales and that they must refer at least one new account in a year.

Qualified Rep Bonuses

When a member within your network gets converted from being an Independent Rep to a Qualified Rep, then their direct sponsor will get $50, and six levels above him or her will get $10. The monthly sales restrictions must be followed for these bonuses to be applicable.

Promotional Bonus

When a member within your network gets converted from being a Qualified Rep to an Area Rep, then members in the upline of that member stand to gain a total of $500. The monthly sales restrictions must be followed for these bonuses to be applicable.

Generational Override

When a subagent meets the criterion for getting promotional bonuses, then the leaders at the top will get a 4% bonus of the monthly sales revenue, even if the subagent is below the sixth level in the organizational network. Again, the restrictions of monthly sales must be followed.
In this manner, there are different ways of getting money through Cognigen. Though the residuals are the major share of the income, and of course, the portion of the income which people target for the most, there are other streams of getting money too. The bonuses are equally important, and for a prolific member, the worth of the bonuses will far supersede the incomes made through the residuals.
